Job Title: SEMH Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Mentor Location: Bury (Secondary School) Contract: Full-time – Temporary / Temp to Permanent Start Date: September About the Role We are seeking a committed and proactive SEMH Teaching Assistant / Behaviour Mentor to join a secondary school in Bury from September. The school supports students who have been partially or permanently excluded from mainstream education and need additional guidance to re-engage with learning. In this role, you will support students who may display challenging behaviours, both in the classroom and through targeted 1:1 mentoring. You will play a vital part in promoting positive behaviour, emotional regulation, and personal development within a structured and supportive environment.
