As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will:

Requirements:
* Availability to work 40 hours per week
* Experience in hotel cleaning, such as a room attendant or public areas cleaner
* Ability to handle guest queries and complaints
* Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
* Leadership qualities: fairness, respect, and support for management
* Responsibility for cleanliness in assigned areas
* Performance management of team members
* Reporting maintenance issues
* Mentoring and training staff to meet quality standards
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Adherence to legal and safety regulations
