Protocol Education is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and well-established primary school in Enfield in their search for a Reception Class Teacher to join their Early Years team this September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key role in shaping pupils’ first year of school—laying the foundations for confident, curious learners.

The Role Includes:
6. Leading a Reception class through a broad and balanced EYFS curriculum
7. Creating a nurturing, structured classroom where all children feel safe and motivated to learn
8. Using assessment to inform planning and support individual progress
9. Building strong relationships with families, carers, and colleagues
10. Collaborating with the wider EYFS team to share best practice and maintain consistency
What We’re Looking For:
11. UK QTS and experience teaching in EYFS (Reception ideally)
12. Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework, phonics delivery, and child development
13. A reflective, caring approach with high expectations for every child
14. Commitment to creating inclusive, engaging classroom experiences
15. A positive team player with excellent communication skills
