Job Summary
This role supports the development, testing, deployment, maintenance and support of Integration Engines across the Enterprise and Epic Bridges interfaces for both Trusts, reporting to the Senior Integration Analysts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop, maintain and support InterSystems HealthConnect Trust Integration Engine interfaces.
* Develop, maintain and support Epic Bridges interfaces.
* Triage Epic Bridges errors, assign to relevant work queues and prepare resolution plans.
* Assist Epic/Application teams with error resolution.
* Triage and address Service Desk Interface Analyst tickets, ensuring timely resolution within SLA.
* Monitor TIE error alerts, resolve or escalates issues.
* Keep interface design documents up-to-date with changes and fixes.
* Manage interface impact during Epic upgrades and communicate changes to work‑stream leads.
* Ensure platform high availability by monitoring resources and addressing issues.
* Ensure compliance with change processes and change control mechanisms.
* Support secure decommissioning of legacy integration environments, data disposal, messaging retirement or transfers.
* Participate in new integration projects as assigned by Senior Integration Analysts and the Integration Manager.
* Participate in the on‑call rota for 24/7 support.
Key Relationships
* Internal: Network Teams, Server Teams, Clinical Teams.
* External: Epic TS, NHS England, SEL ICSS, OneLondon.
* Collaboration with Epic work stream leads and system suppliers.
Qualifications & Education
* Master's Degree or Equivalent experience.
* Significant experience in a HealthCare environment.
* Experience developing, managing and supporting InterSystems HealthConnect interfaces.
* Significant demonstrable experience working with Integration engines.
* Experience working within a project environment.
* Experience working with clinicians and securing their engagement.
* Experience within the NHS and with Epic Bridges platform.

Skills and Knowledge
* Problem solving and complex IT issue analysis.
* Expert knowledge of at least one mainstream programming language.
* Basic project management knowledge.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to explain technical issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
* Proficiency in SQL/RDBMS.
* Knowledge of IG / Data Protection standards.
* Knowledge of NHS Information Technology procedures and ICT system management.
* Strong planning, prioritisation and resource management skills.
* Independent judgement and professional decision‑making.
Physical Requirements
Advanced keyboard skills and ability to operate multiple complex systems simultaneously. Occasional lifting and carrying of IT equipment.

Benefits
Salary range: £49,387 to £56,515 per annum plus HCAS.
