Role: Warehouse Operative Contract Type: Temp to Perm Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Shift Time: 08:00 17:30 PAY Standard Rate Weekday (MonFri) Basic Hourly Rate: £12.21 Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £1.68 Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £13.89 Overtime: Not applicable Weekend Work: Not required Pay Frequency: Weekly RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES Sorting parcels and preparing packaging within the warehouse Picking and packing products for dispatch Scanning and wrapping stock ready for delivery Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Working efficiently within a fast-paced distribution operation EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Ability to work in a busy and time-sensitive environment Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently Good communication skills when liaising with shift managers Reliable, flexible and proactive attitude Commitment to maintaining company standards
