The Global Corporate Technology Team is responsible for crafting, deploying, and supporting Bloomberg’s internal IT systems. This includes our global corporate network plus all of the hardware, software, and enterprise applications used by nearly 21,000 employees in more than 170 offices worldwide. We focus on enterprise solutions, productivity tools, and IT systems integration to support Bloomberg's business growth.
Our team
End-User Compute’s mission is to provide Bloomberg employees with the best computing platforms. We focus on delivering a seamless interactive computing experience, from the operating system to daily applications. We manage endpoint security and services to ensure a secure and productive environment. Our platforms are used daily by Bloomberg employees to enable their success.
The role
We are seeking a skilled Windows DevOps Engineer. You will utilize tools like Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Configuration Management to automate and optimize IT operations on Windows platforms. Responsibilities include automating software deployment, enforcing security policies, managing updates, and monitoring device compliance. Applying automation scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code principles, you will help reduce manual tasks, enhance efficiency, and maintain consistency across the enterprise.

* Leverage tools and APIs to integrate systems.
* Monitor and optimize system performance and availability.
* Troubleshoot and analyze root causes of production issues.
You'll need to have
* Experience with medium to large scale IT enterprise applications and infrastructure.
* Understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Management, Azure, and Intune architecture.
* Strong PowerShell scripting skills.
* Experience with SQL queries.
* Experience with enterprise Microsoft and third-party security patching.
* Experience managing Office 365.
* Experience supporting servers and client applications.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
We would love to see:
* Experience with AI tools such as Co-pilot, ChatGPT, and Gemini.
* Project leadership experience.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Experience with log aggregation tools (e.g., SPLUNK, Grafana).
* Knowledge of Python.
