Teaching Personnel are seeking a passionate and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and supportive primary school in Winsford (CW7). This exciting opportunity is set to start in September 2025. About the Role: In this role, you will assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons, providing individual or small group support to children, and helping them meet their learning objectives. You will support children’s literacy, numeracy, and social skills development, and help those with special educational needs (SEN) by providing tailored assistance. Additionally, you will monitor and track students' progress, report back to the teacher, and contribute to creating a safe, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the smooth running of the classroom will also be a key part of your responsibilities. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children and are looking to make a real difference in their education. Essential Requirements: A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development. Previous experience in a school setting, particularly in primary education, is desirable but not essential. A good understanding of child development and the ability to build positive relationships with young learners. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
