The Role
The role of Store Manager within Wickes is essential — this means the potential is high, as is the opportunity for growth. We expect that you’ll already be a great leader with a proven track record of bringing your team along with you. You’ll be great at managing your workload and you’ll have the safety of others (including yourself) at the forefront of your mind. You’ll be customer-centric, ensuring each and every customer has a great shopping experience with us and that you’ll come to work with a winning mindset.
* Organising and working with your team to achieve targets
* Motivate colleagues and serve our customers, ensuring they get the right products for their needs, with promotions up to date and stock correctly available
About You
* We are looking for someone who is (or has been) an experienced store manager within a retail environment.
* A can-do spirit is essential in retail.
* You should understand the financial side of business, with previous KPI exposure and working to targets.
* Experience recruiting great team members — you spot potential and help individuals grow.

* Up to 15% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus
