As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will focus on managing engineering projects, reviewing manufacturing processes, identify areas of continuous improvement, applying lean manufacturing techniques and resolving engineering problems.
Manufacturing Engineer Responsibilities;
* Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes
* Reviewing manufacturing processes
* Applying lean manufacturing techniques
* Managing engineering projects from initial concept to delivery
* Assist with building a culture of continuous improvement
* Responsible for increasing manufacturing productivity
* Provide technical support to the engineering departments
Manufacturing Engineer Requirements;
* Previous experience working in either a Manufacturing Engineer, Production Engineer or a Process Engineering position
* Experience in utilising Lean manufacturing tools and techniques
* Knowledge of engineering systems and the ability to deploy Continuous Improvement Toolset
* Managing manufacturing projects from initial concept to delivery
* Excellent communication skills are essential
* Must be a team player
