We’re looking for a Senior Content Designer to join our team on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract covering a period of parental leave. The role focuses on delivering clear and engaging product content experiences for our global business customers (Trustpilot Business). It requires collaborating with multiple teams, prioritising and managing timelines effectively.
What you’ll do:
* Design, write, and edit compelling in‑product content that helps our users and provides data‑driven results for Trustpilot. This includes product flows, interface language, product names, navigational content, terminology, and other relevant product content.
* Shape product narratives, along with squad direction and strategy, by building strong partnerships with product peers and developing documentation.
* Build on and lead B2B product content strategy and design regular tests that confirm or grow beyond this.
* Apply strategic thinking to the product, whether it’s defining UX guidance, conducting audits of content experiences, or creating new information architecture.
* Drive the conversation around Content Design and AI, applying AI‑processes to existing workflows or designing prompts and prompt libraries for new features and products. Good knowledge of AI‑specific design tools would be great.
* Offer and receive feedback from your UX design peers by building the best products, as well as running your own content critiques with other content designers.
* Create or contribute to design sessions, wireframes, and high‑fidelity design mocks in Figma.
* Collaborate daily with stakeholders across disciplines, including engineering, product design, research, product marketing, and data analytics.
* Consistently recognise, rank, and engage with the most significant projects within B2B.
What you’ll need:
* Substantial experience in content design and/or UX writing.
* Examples of content that have shown tangible business results or have driven decisions in a squad.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, especially in English.
* High level of familiarity with UX design tools such as Figma.
* The curiosity to adopt AI into your role through integration, algorithmic governance or answer‑engine optimisation. This would be nice to have – we’d still want to hear from you if you haven’t had a chance to apply this in your previous roles.
* Demonstrated experience working on projects with a large amount of ambiguity and stakeholder input.
* Experience writing and designing for business customers and audiences in the UK and US (a plus).
What’s in it for you:
* A range of flexible working options to dedicate time to what matters to you.
* Competitive compensation package.
* 25 days holiday per year, increasing to 28 days after 2 years of employment.
* Two (paid) volunteering days a year to spend your time giving back to the causes that matter to you and your community.
* Rich learning and development opportunities supported through the Trustpilot Academy and Blinkist.
* Pension and life insurance.
* Health cash plan, online GP, 24/7 Employee Assistance Plan.
* Full access to Headspace, a popular mindfulness app to promote positive mental health.
* Paid parental leave.
* Season ticket loan and a cycle‑to‑work scheme.
* Central office location complete with all the snacks and refreshments you can ask for.
* Regular opportunities to connect and get to know your fellow Trusties, including company‑wide celebrations and events, ERG activities, and team socials.
* Access to over 4,000 deals and discounts on travel, electronics, fashion, fitness, cinema, and more.
