The Nursery Manager will be responsible for the day to day running of the nursery ensuring the team are supported to provide high quality opportunities and education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years old.

* Holds a full and relevant Early Years level 3 qualification (or higher).
* Holds a level 2 in Maths.

* Can lead change and transformation whilst retaining staff engagement.
* Has high energy and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - calm approach and 'can-do' attitude.
* Can reflect on their own performance and respond positively.
-Can encourages colleagues to realise their potential and empower others to create exciting and welcoming learning environments.
* Is able to manage workload and manage time effectively.
* Manage nursery budgets, staffing and administrative duties including evaluating sustainability of the settings business model.
