The salary for this permanent Supervising Social Worker job is up to £36,000 per annum. Main duties: * Supervise and support a caseload of between 8 -10 families, and their placements, completing all necessary recording and reporting documentation. * Direct work with children and young people to support better outcomes and stable placements. * Attend meetings and liaise with professionals to ensure positive outcomes and safeguarding of children in placements. * Assist in undertaking initial visits, as required. * Actively promote, develop and deliver training programmes which support the development of our foster carers. * Promote the agency externally ensuring that the agency's policies to offer a professional, high-quality fostering service. * Working in an out of hours rota.
