Helpdesk Administrator - Haydock - £25-£26K (DOE)
Working for a very established organisation who are going through a period of expansion due to winning new contracts.
Duties Include:
* Working as part of a small team providing a full range of administration support to help them keep on top of a busy workload
* Responding to a busy email inbox, forwarding them to the relevant departments or contacts
* Handling calls coming in with general queries or escalating them to the relevant team
* Sending out reports for servicing to customers
* Inputting data and uploading information onto a variety of portals
* Updating customer contact information to keep records updated
* Inputting data on to the in-house database training will be provided
* Providing all round administration support as and when required.
Working hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 37 1/2 hours a week
