Job Description

1. Oversee day-to-day operations of a designated machining area (3/4/5-axis CNC).
2. Ensure achievement of delivery, quality, safety, and cost KPIs (SQDCP).
3. Manage departmental budgets – labour, materials, overheads, and capital investment.
4. Lead and develop a skilled production team including supervisors and machinists.
