Your new role Assist with the roll-out of the Health and Safety Strategy Delivering training and toolbox talks internally to staff on manual handling, ladder safety and fire marshal training any other training requirements as needed Assist with the investigation of accidents and incidents and liaison with the Business Continuity Manager around emergency preparedness Assist with the creation of risk assessments for activities and events and maintain the risk assessment library Support the catering teams with food safety advice and inspections (approx. 2 days work per month). Carrying out internal audits of premises in the UK and Ireland (approx. 1 audit a month) and follow-up visits where necessary, driving forward actions from the fire risk assessments and H&S inspections carried out by our consultant and the office safety inspections from site Health and Safety Coordinators Liaising with all Health and Safety Coordinators, Corporate Real Estate Services, landlords of sites and other Operations staff with regards to safety improvements and training performance improveme...
