Burnt Ash Primary School are seeking to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Deputy Nursery Manager to join our forward thinking and outstanding team. We are looking for a talented individual who shares the school’s vision and passion for high aspiration and achievement for all.

Responsibilities

* Strong team skills – be able to follow directions, use initiative and communicate clearly
* Outstanding practice and be dedicated to promoting high standards in learning.
* Secure knowledge of young children’s development and the EYFS Framework.
* Compassion, and dedication to an inclusive ethos, with a strong record of engaging parents, children and staff.
* High expectations of pupil’s achievement and behaviour.
* Enthusiasm for working in partnership with parents, Governors, and the wider community.
* Full and relevant qualification equivalent to CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years
* Experience working with and supporting SEN children.
