Brand Activation Account Manager – Live Events Company
Location: Gloucester (Head Office) + Travel
Salary: Up to £38,000 DOE + Bonus
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
We are working with a leading UK live events company to recruit a Brand Activation Account Manager to join their growing partnerships team. This business delivers over multiple large-scale events annually, It’s an exciting opportunity for someone with agency or brand-side experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and loves being at the heart of live experiences.
The Opportunity
This is a highly varied role where no two days are the same. You’ll take ownership of end-to-end brand activations – from creative concept development through to on-site delivery – working with some of the most recognisable FMCG brands in the UK. Collaboration, organisation, and creativity are key, as you’ll be managing multiple stakeholders and bringing big ideas to life at major events.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Managing a portfolio of brand activations across the UK’s top events
* Developing campaign plans and concepts that align with brand goals and deliver strong ROI
* Leading activation planning, budgeting, and P&L management
* Working closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
* Overseeing the production of POS, merchandise, and creative materials
* Managing on-site builds, live activations, and breakdowns during event season
* Briefing and coordinating photography and video content
* Building strong, long-term relationships with brand clients
* Supporting with post-event reporting, reviews, and wrap-ups
* Ensuring sustainable practices are considered in all planning and delivery
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years’ experience in brand activations, experiential marketing, or client services (agency or in-house)
* Proven project management and account management experience
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
* Experience managing budgets and reporting on campaign performance
* A creative eye and an understanding of working to brand guidelines
* Willingness to travel across the UK and work evenings/weekends during peak event periods
* A genuine passion for live events and creating memorable experiences
