Operations Coordinator - Night Shift
Total Food Service owned by Kitwave Group, has a strong reputation for excellent service and is highly regarded with caterers throughout Yorkshire. With Depots in Clitheroe, Dunnington, Huddersfield and Hull the business is focused on customer service by maintaining a high level of service characterised by our guiding principle "deliver on promise".
We offer a one stop shop across Ambient, Chilled, Frozen and Non food items, with a product range is excess of 3000 lines. We also have introduced fresh fruit and vegetables.
The expansive range caters for our loyal customer base, which is made up of pubs, restaurants, hotels, cafes, leisure complex, care homes and schools.
Main Purpose of the Job
To provide comprehensive administrative support to the warehouse team, ensuring efficient daily operations, accurate documentation, and timely coordination of orders and deliveries.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Operations Coordinator to join our team based at our Clitheroe Depot:
Duties, Responsibitities and Key Task:
· Provide administrative support to warehouse operations to ensure smooth workflow.
· Coordinate picking and loading schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
· Prepare and manage delivery documentation including pick lists, load manifests, and dispatch notes.
· Handle invoicing: generate, review, and send invoices to customers.
· Update inventory management systems with incoming and outgoing stock movements.
· Collaborate with warehouse operatives and office staff for accurate order processing.
· Promptly resolve discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or invoicing.
· Maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting purposes.
· Support health & safety compliance by organizing and filing relevant documentation.
· Perform general office duties: data entry, filing, and responding to emails.
· Assist with stock checks, audits, and cycle counts as required.
Skills & Requirements:
· Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word in particular).
· Experience with inventory or warehouse management systems is an advantage.
· Flexible and proactive attitude, with a willingness to take on varied tasks.

Hours of Work
30 hours per week, 12pm - 18:00pm Monday to Friday
Job Types: Permanent, Part-time
