Cover Supervisor – Willenhall
Perfect for graduates who are still figuring out what’s next
Finished uni and not quite landed that first “proper” job yet? No stress, we’ve got something that could fit you perfectly.
Cover supervising is a brilliant stepping stone into teaching, youth work, psychology, social care, or any role where confidence, communication, and people skills matter. Think of it as running the classroom without the planning, the marking, or the Sunday-night panic.
If you’re great with people, calm under pressure, and not afraid to step into a lively room of teenagers, you’ll be absolutely fine.
What you’ll be doing
1. Stepping into lessons when the teacher’s away
2. Keeping students on track with pre-set work
3. Building your confidence working with young people
4. Being that steady, friendly adult in the room
5. Figuring out what you actually want to do next
What we’re looking for
6. A graduate from any subject
7. Someone confident, reliable, and ready to give things a go
8. Experience with young people is handy, though not essential
9. Great communication skills and a calm approach
What you’ll get from us
10. Weekly pay through PAYE
11. FREE access to our online CPD Academy
12. Support from a friendly local consultant
13. Schools across Willenhall that genuinely value good staff
14. Clear guidance, quick bookings, and a chance to build real experience
15. Options to explore SEND, pastoral work, mentoring, and more
