Albatross Cars is a multi-award winning taxi company known for its exceptional reliability, customer service, and commitment to excellence. We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Accounts Manager to join our team. This role will focus on acquiring new B2B clients and managing existing business accounts, ensuring that Albatross Cars remains the preferred choice for corporate transportation needs.
Role Overview:
As the Accounts Manager at Albatross Cars, you will be responsible for identifying, acquiring, and managing business accounts. Your primary goal will be to grow our corporate client base while ensuring that existing clients receive outstanding service. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by securing long-term contracts and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
Account Acquisition: Actively search for and engage with potential B2B customers, including corporate clients, hotels, travel agencies, event organisers, and other businesses.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts and service agreements with new and existing clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
Client Presentations: Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Albatross Cars' services, highlighting the benefits and tailored solutions we offer.
Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related inquiries, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, revenue generation, and client satisfaction to senior management.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Retention Strategies: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and maximize account revenue through up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years of combined experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the transportation, logistics, or related industry.
Education:
* A-Level or equivalent (required)
* BA degree in Business, Marketing or other related field is preferred
Experience:
* Account management: 2 years (required)
* Sales: 2 years (required)
Skills:
* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and build lasting client relationships
* Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office
