Job Summary
Jennie Reeves are seeking a highly organised Cross-sectional CT and MRI radiographer to oversee operations within a modular unit, working alongside another Radiographer and a Healthcare/Admin Assistant.
The ideal candidate must be very proficient and comfortable with both MRI and CT scanning, but must also be confident and focused in MSK MRI.
The role will not only include performing high quality scans, but ensuring you are compliant with safety protocols, whilst maintaining a patient centered focus approach.
As part of a dedicated professional radiography team, it is essential to deliver a high-quality diagnostic service. This includes maintaining meticulous attention to detail in imaging workflows, efficiently managing patient information, and fostering a sensitive, respectful approach towards all patients to ensure their comfort and trust.
Details
* Full time, permanent position
* Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6.30pm
Responsibilities
* Conduct MRI and CT imaging procedures with precision and accuracy.
* Confidence conducting MSK MRI scanning
* Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process, providing clear instructions and support.
* Maintain and operate imaging equipment, performing routine checks to ensure optimal functionality.
* Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to discuss imaging results and contribute to patient care plans.
* Document patient information, imaging procedures, and results accurately in medical records.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations related as per our policies

* Qualifications and experience:
* BSc in Diagnostic Radiography
* Cannulation Certificate

* Understanding of imaging services and equipment (advantageous)
Training Requirements:
* Maintain annual ILS training
* Cannulation
