About the post
London Metropolitan University School of Human Sciences is recruiting a Senior Lecturer in Children’s Nursing.
Responsibilities:
* Develop, lead and deliver courses and modules for the BSc (Hons) Nursing (Children) programme.
* Lead course leadership and curriculum development.
* Promote primary, community and social care nursing through innovative simulated and clinical placements.
* Support student development, widening participation and employability aligned with social justice and inclusion values.
Qualifications:
* Registered Children’s Nurse.
* Passion for nursing education and widening participation.
* Higher education teaching award such as a Higher Education Academy fellowship or equivalent.
* Experience in course development and leading courses or modules.
* Knowledge of current trends in primary, community and social care and inter‑professional integrated care.
Additional Information:
* Requires an Enhanced DBS check.
