They’re now seeking a Bar Manager with a genuine passion for hospitality, cocktails, and people leadership to take charge of the bar operation and deliver consistently memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities as the Bar Manager…
7. Leading and inspiring the bar team to deliver polished, personable service
8. Overseeing day-to-day operations, stock control, ordering and team scheduling
9. Maintaining a high standard of drink presentation, from cocktails to coffee
10. Managing training, team development and motivation
11. Playing a key role in guest experience, atmosphere, and feedback handling
