Job Overview
You will supervise the day-to-day smooth running of the department, motivate the team to drive performance, and ensure all activities are completed on time and in a professional manner. This role will lead, guide, and support the team to deliver excellent customer service. Additionally, you will support the Contact Centre Management team in recruiting, inducting, and developing colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage retail operations, resources, and customer service within the branch, including line management of the Weekend Retail Assistant.
* Conduct regular reviews to support colleague engagement and development, emphasizing a safety-first culture.
* Deliver daily briefings to ensure performance across key metrics and KPIs.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and branch standards.
* Maintain operational efficiency, stock management, and excellent SLAs.
