At Cinos, we design and deliver innovative Audio Visual (AV) and Unified Communications (UC) solutions that enable organisations to work smarter. As our portfolio continues to grow across corporate, public-sector and construction-led environments, we’re looking for an experienced Technical Solutions Architect (Audio Visual) to join our Sales team.
This is a client-facing, consultative role working closely with Account Managers, fellow Solutions Architects, and delivery teams to create technically robust, commercially viable AV/UC solutions. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will act as a trusted technical advisor from early discovery through design and into delivery.
Success in this role is defined by high-quality technical design, strong stakeholder relationships, and solutions that meet both client objectives and commercial requirements.
Responsibilities
1. Lead client discovery and technical consultation sessions to understand user needs, environments, and business objectives
2. Translate requirements into scalable, well-defined AV/UC solutions with clear use cases and user experience goals
3. Produce high-quality technical designs including schematics, layouts, elevations, and performance specifications
