About the Role
The Stock Manager supports the online business growth and ensures customers receive the best online experience. You will lead a team to meet performance targets, handle returned items, refunds, packaging and fulfilment.
Responsibilities
* Support the Store Management team across back‑of‑house areas and communicate effectively with the Store Manager.
* Manage a team to deliver accurate stock processes in an operationally efficient, safe environment, meeting targets.
* Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates and inspires the team to be at their best.
* Demonstrate a hands‑on approach for commercial and operational activities, adapting to change and working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up‑to‑date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
