* Delivering a full range of building surveying services
* Working on project work including refurbishments and planned works
* Carrying out surveys, inspections and technical reports
* Supporting contract administration and project delivery
* Advising clients and maintaining strong relationships
* Contributing to team growth and best practice
What you'll need to succeed
* Building Surveyor with consultancy experience
* MRICS (or working towards chartership)
* Strong technical knowledge and report-writing skills
* Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
* Ability to manage your own workload and work collaboratively
* A proactive mindset and desire to progress
