We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our client in Nottinghamshire, delivering high-quality, patient-centred care within an established adult mental health service. In this key role, you will lead on expert psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatments while working closely with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex presentations, support rehabilitation pathways, and contribute to ongoing service development.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for adult patients.
Work collaboratively with MDT colleagues (including psychologists, nurses, and allied health professionals) to ensure safe, effective care.
Support rehabilitation-focused care and complex case management where required.
Offer clinical leadership, contributing to quality improvement and service development initiatives.
Supervise junior medical staff and participate in clinical meetings and MDT reviews.
Essential Requirements
GMC registration with specialist training in psychiatry (on the specialist register or equivalent).
Experience within adult mental health services, ideally including rehabilitation.
Strong communication, leadership, and MDT collaboration skills.
Commitment to high clinical standards and evidence-based practice.
