Responsibilities
* Monitor real-time CCTV and support partners such as the Police, NCA and DWP
* Direct officers via radio and help secure evidence
* Identify, record and report suspicious activity
* Operate cameras and equipment to capture high-quality evidential footage
* Write reports and witness statements
* Attend court when required
* Liaise confidently with internal and external investigatory agencies
* Run the Traffic Enforcement and Community Safety Control Rooms efficiently
What You Need
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent report-writing and attention to detail
* Ability to stay focused under pressure
* Strong customer service skills
* Flexibility to work 24/7 shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays
