Business Developer / Sales Development Representative
Our Sales Representatives are vital for our business growth. You will need to build strong relationships with existing and potential new account holders to gain new accounts through various methods, aiming to achieve and exceed targets. It is the responsibility of our Sales Representatives to ensure that the account base across each depot continues to grow consistently and to give new customers a full understanding of the Howdens model and its benefits.
You will collaborate with Business Developers and Kitchen Sales Designers to convert sales, ensuring higher sales per account and more frequent trading. You will actively participate in sales meetings chaired by the Lead Sales Representative to share best practices with other Sales Representatives in the area.
Our Sales Representatives have significant autonomy within the role. You will seek new business opportunities and organize your own diary to develop the customer base in each depot within your territory.
