Due to continued growth, they are now looking to recruit experienced Legal Secretaries and Legal PAs to support our teams.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou will play a vital role in supporting senior fee earners and legal teams, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding client care.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPreparing correspondence and legal documentation via audio typing and word processing\nManaging filing systems, including opening, closing, storing, and retrieving client files\nHandling post, emails, and preparing enclosures for despatch.\nManaging appointments and diaries for fee earners\nLiaising with clients both in person and over the phone in a professional, friendly manner\nProviding support across the secretarial and admin team when required\nMaintaining confidentiality and high standards of data handling\nLiving our 4-service promise and upholding excellent levels of client careWhat We're Looking For\n\nPrevious experience as a Legal Secretary or Legal PA\nProficient in Microsoft Office\nExcellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling\nFast and accurate audio typing (65+ wpm preferred)\nFriendly and professional telephone manner\nStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsDesirable:\n\nExperience using the Proclaim case management system.\nKnowledge of court forms and document preparation\nFamiliarity with digital dictation and pleadingsWhat We Offer\n\nSalary: £25,000 - £33,000 (depending on experience)\nHours: 8:30am - 5:00pm (flexible arrangements and reduced hours considered)\nHybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days remote (post-probation)\n23 days annual leave, increasing annually to 26 days (+ bank holidays)\nDeath in Service cover (2x salary)\nEnhanced Maternity Pay (after 1 year)\nSupportive and friendly working environment with ongoing training and developmentInterested\n\nIf you're an experienced Legal Secretary or Legal PA looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive and dynamic law firm, we'd love to hear from you
