Responsibilities:
* Ensure smooth running of operations
* Address current concerns in the service
* Oversight of daily operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
* Addressing medication management issues and implementing necessary improvements
* Resolving high-risk issues promptly and effectively
* Leading the team to overcome cultural challenges and boost morale
* Collaborating with key stakeholders to drive positive change
Essential Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience in nursing home management
* Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of team management
* Ability to address and resolve operational challenges effectively
Desirable Skills & Experience:
* Active PIN qualification
* Experience in turning around under-performing teams in Nursing Home settings
* Knowledge of best practices in medication management
* Experience in implementing cultural change initiatives
