This role plays a key part in delivering a high-quality food service experience for both staff and guests, while maintaining excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer care. You will support the day-to-day delivery of food services, assisting with meal preparation, service, and ensuring a clean, safe working environment. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential. What you'll do: Deliver excellent customer service to all staff and visitors Prepare and present food to a high standard Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and service areas at all times Follow all food safety, allergen, and hygiene procedures Support daily checks such as temperature records and stock control Comply with all health & safety policies, including COSHH and safe working practices Work collaboratively with the wider team and support management as required What you'll bring: A positive, customer-first attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene A flexible and reliable approach to work Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Previous catering or food service experience is beneficial but not essential Why Sodexo?: Working with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
