We’re proud of our culture — Friendly, Ambitious, Professional, and Honest — and even prouder to have been recognised as: 30 Best Mid-Size Company to Work For in the UK 20 Best Company to Work For in the West Midlands (Best Companies b-Heard Survey 2024) What You’ll Be Doing You’ll work across multiple departments — including HR, Finance, Operations, and Engineering — supporting a wide range of IT and AI-led initiatives, such as: Identifying opportunities to automate tasks and improve efficiency Supporting and enhancing systems like NetSuite, PeopleHR, ServicePro, and Microsoft 365 Building low-code / no-code solutions (e.g. Power Automate) Helping cleanse, validate, and visualise data (including Power BI dashboards ) Researching and testing new digital tools and platforms Gathering user feedback and helping improve systems and processes Creating clear technical and user documentation Presenting insights and progress updates to senior stakeholders Supporting training sessions to boost digital skills across the business Keeping an eye on emerging tech trends and assessing their relevance This is a hands-on role where your work will have real, visible impact. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is: On track for a 2:1 or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related degree Curious about how technology can solve real business problems A logical thinker with strong problem-solving skills Comfortable working independently across multiple projects Confident communicating ideas clearly to non-technical colleagues Experience or interest in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, SQL, Python, or other low-code platforms is a plus — but curiosity and willingness to learn matter most. Location & Working Style This role is based at our Kingswinford Head Office (DY6 7TD). Due to limited public transport links, this placement is best suited to someone who: Lives locally, or Has access to a car and can commute reliably While occasional hybrid working may be available, being in the office most days is essential for collaboration, learning, and team integration.
