Early Years Teaching Assistant

Teaching Personnel are proud to be recruiting for an Early Years Teaching Assistant on behalf of a partner school in Lytham.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide general classroom support within the EYFS setting
* Assist pupils with communication and language development, including small group and 1:1 interventions
* Help children adapt to the school environment and routines
* Work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to support pupil progress
* Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning atmosphere
About You:
* Experience working with EYFS children in a school or nursery setting
* Knowledge of speech and language support strategies is highly desirable
* A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA or EYFS qualification) are advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
