Robert Half are proud to be recruiting 2x Commercial Programme Manager's for a utilities business that recently concluded renegotiation of its operational supply chain and is now entering a strategically critical two-year transformation and procurement programme.
1. Duration: 24-month FTC

4. Working pattern: Bristol based, with occasional travel to other sites. Hybrid.
Objectives for the project:
5. Reviewing future supply chain requirements and operating model needs
6. Taking requirements to market through a major competitive tender process
7. Procuring long-term strategic contracts (anticipated 5-year term with an optional 2-year extension)
8. Supporting commercial and contractual development with selected suppliers
9. Leading supplier transition, mobilisation, systems integration, operational process and data migration activities
Stakeholder Engagement:
10. Executive Board members
11. Procurement teams
12. Commercial and Legal functions
13. Operational business leaders and internal customers
Candidate Profile:
We are specifically seeking candidates who have previously led a comparable large-scale transformation and procurement programme within the water, electricity, or gas sectors. You will be comfortable operating at Executive Board level and driving complex, multi-workstream programmes through to successful delivery.
