Role Overview đ
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our fastâgrowing Commercial team and take ownership of some of our most strategic shipper partnerships. This role is about more than relationship management; itâs about shaping the way HIVED delivers value to its partners and helping scale our network sustainably.
You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of enterprise level shipper clients, ensuring we exceed expectations on performance, service, and innovation. You will work crossâfunctionally with Operations, Product, and Data to drive delivery excellence, retention and profitability of accounts, identify growth opportunities, and evolve how we strengthen and collaborate with our partners.
Responsibilities
* Own and manage relationships with HIVEDâs key shipper partners, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
* Develop a deep understanding of each partnerâs business, delivery operations, and sustainability goals to unlock value and growth. This will be achieved through joint business plan strategies.
* Monitor account performance, delivery KPIs, and customer satisfaction - proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with Tech, Data, and Operations teams to tailor solutions, pilot new features, and ensure seamless delivery execution.
* Lead commercial reviews, renewals, and expansion opportunities with partners, driving account growth and longâterm retention.
* Represent the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product development and service innovation.
* Contribute to the development of best practices and processes as we scale the Account Management function.
* Maintain and uphold the accuracy and integrity of Shipper information across Account Management database systems.
Requirements
* 7+ years of experience with Enterprise accounts in Account Management, Client Success, or Partnerships - ideally within logistics, eâcommerce, shipper, or tech startâups.
* Proven track record of managing complex Enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
* Strong analytical and commercial acumen - comfortable with dataâdriven decision making and performance reporting.
* Proactive and selfâstarter attitude to deep dive and problem solve.
* Exceptional communication, relationshipâbuilding, presentation and negotiation skills.
* Strategic mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into actionable business outcomes.
* Thrive in a fastâpaced, highâgrowth, and collaborative environment.
