Rota: 45 days per week, Mon/Tues off

The Role:
Support the Head Chef in running a small but efficient fresh food kitchen.
Oversee all sections including starters, mains, and desserts.
Ensure high standards of food hygiene, safety, and compliance.
Lead the team in the Head Chefs absence.
Deliver consistent, quality dishes in a high-volume environment (up to 120 covers on busy nights).
About You:
At least 5 years experience as a Sous Chef in a quality pub, restaurant, or similar fresh food environment.
Strong knowledge of EHO standards and food safety.
Confident across all sections with excellent grill and steak cookery skills.
Quick, efficient, and thrives in a small team.
Passionate about food, creativity, and making the most of seasonal, fresh produce.
