1. Motivate, engage, and inspire your students.
2. Facilitate a well-sequenced curriculum and child-centred learning.
3. Manage behaviour positively and in line with the school's ethos and procedures.
4. Ensure lessons are well sequenced and meet the needs of children.
5. Adhere to professional practice standards and legislation, including confidentiality, safeguarding, equality, diversity, and inclusion policies.
