We seek an exceptional leader who is passionate about delivering high quality education. Our next head will be someone who understands, from solid experience, how to inspire teachers and children.
That person will be someone who delights in working with children and who is seen to be enthusiastic about their fulfilment and well-being. We believe learning should be challenging and purposeful and that teachers should have fun as they teach. Our successful candidate will be able to convey a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and learning to colleagues and to pupils.
Leominster Primary School has grown significantly in recent years and enjoys a very positive reputation in our area. OFSTED’s latest report affirms that ours is already a good and happy school with many impressive features. Our buildings and facilities are spacious and modern. Our children are a joy.
We work with a full range of children. We have established two Autism hubs, supported and fully funded by the local authority, and we also run a nurture hub.
Our staff are talented and committed. Our parents bring a great deal of energy to the school. The governing body will offer firm support. Altogether we are at an exciting stage in our school’s development and the Headship offers special opportunities for an ambitious professional.
Leominster nestles in a delightful part of the Welsh Marches and is a market town with its own distinctive character.
