Role: Freight Forwarder - Multimodal
Location: Redditch, Midlands
Salary: £28,000 - £35,000
Holidays: 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Annual performance related bonusses

Responsibilities
* Responsible for completion of ocean/air/european road freight import and export from start to finish
* Organising the collection process through designated transportation firms.
* Liaising closely with clients, branch offices, international agents, and transportation providers,
* Providing exceptional customer service
* Overseeing order tracking, invoicing, and managing pre-alerts
* Managing Customs entries
* Monitoring shipments until their ultimate delivery.
* Managing job costing and invoicing responsibilities.
Requirements
* A minimum of two years' experience with a UK-based freight forwarding company.
* Experience in ocean and/or air and/or road freight shipments.
* Proficient knowledge of customs clearance procedures.
* Hands-on experience with freight-related software like Cargowise, Multifreight, etc.
* Exceptional customer service abilities.
