Key Responsibilities:
* Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Sage 200 users across finance, commercial, and operational teams.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues relating to Sage 200 modules (e.g., Financials, Commercials, Manufacturing).
* Liaise with end-users to gather information, log issues, and ensure timely resolution.
* Work with developers and consultants to escalate and resolve more complex technical problems.
* Assist with software upgrades, patching, and system testing.
* Document support processes and maintain internal knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience supporting Sage 200 (minimum 1–2 years).
* Strong understanding of core Sage 200 modules (particularly Financials and Commercials).
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of SQL Server and basic report creation (e.g., Sage Reports, Crystal Reports) is desirable.
* Experience working in a helpdesk or application support environment.
* Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively.
Desirable:
* Sage 200 certification or training.
* Exposure to ERP migrations or implementations.
* Familiarity with related add-ons and integrations (e.g., Spindle, Draycir, Sicon).
