Role: L&D Trainer- Permanent - Newry
VANRATH is delighted to partner with a returning client to appoint a dedicated Learning & Development Trainer. This role provides key support in developing and delivering training programmes, ensuring employees gain the necessary skills and knowledge, with a focus on regulatory standards and best practices. You will help maintain high-quality training initiatives and support continuous learning across the business.

Responsibilities
* Deliver training sessions, workshops, and eLearning programmes for new and existing employees.
* Provide one-on-one coaching and group support to help employees apply new skills effectively.
* Monitor, analyse, and report on training outcomes to identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain accurate records of training activities, participation, and feedback.
* Coordinate internal and external training programmes, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and procedures.
* Assist with sourcing training providers to meet identified skills gaps.
* Develop and update training materials to reflect best practices and industry trends.
* Support managers and employees with ongoing training guidance and administrative tasks.
Essential Criteria
* Minimum of three years' professional experience in a similar environment.
* Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in the manufacturing industry.
* Experience in designing and delivering training programmes.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure with flexibility.
Desirable Criteria
* Teaching or training qualification (e.g., Level 3 EAT or equivalent).
* Experience in developing training content.
* Relevant third-level qualification.
