Commercial Property Solicitor (2+ PQE)Top 100 Law Firm | Guildford | SurreyA long standing client, a successful Top 100 UK law firm is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor with 2+ years' PQE to join its busy Commercial Property team in Guildford.This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor looking to progress their career in a supportive team, working on high-quality, varied property transactions across Surrey and the South East.The successful candidate will handle a broad range of commercial property matters, working closely with partners and clients. Key responsibilities include:Acting on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposalsDrafting and negotiating commercial leases and licensesAdvising on property due diligence for acquisitions and corporate transactionsSupporting clients on landlord and tenant issuesManaging your own caseload while working collaboratively with the teamI am keen to speak with someone who:Has 2+ years' PQE in commercial property law or similarDemonstrates strong technical knowledge and attention to detailEnjoys working directly with clients and building strong relationshipsIs proactive, commercially minded and able to manage a varied caseloadThe FirmRecognised Top 100 UK law firm with an excellent reputation for property workCollaborative, supportive and professional cultureModern working practices, including flexibility and hybrid options
