Building Cleaning Admin Officer – 30 hpw

(Unit 27 The Royal Industrial Estate, Jarrow)

£25,989 pa pro rata

Hours of Work

Monday to Friday 9.00 am–3.00 pm (Hours can be flexible)

Responsibilities

• Book work schedules for building cleaning activities
• Raise invoices and maintain records
• Organise and take minutes of meetings
• Respond to and answer queries, including by letter
• Maintain office systems, diary management and arrange room and travel bookings
