About the Role We are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Manager to oversee a portfolio of small works and commercial refurbishment projects across Cardiff, Newport, and the surrounding South Wales Valleys. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality projects across commercial, retail, education, and public sector environments. You will typically manage 3–4 live schemes at any one time, ensuring delivery on programme, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.
