We're looking for a Kier Foundation Officer to join our Kier Foundation team.
Location: Flexible – hybrid – with occasional nationwide travel as required.
Hours: 18.75 hours per week.
We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
Responsibilities
* Support and promote fundraising campaigns such as Winners' Club, team challenges, and match funding programmes.
* Work closely with our charity partner to run campaigns and achieve partnership objectives.
* Present at meetings and events to raise awareness of the Foundation's work across Kier.
* Create marketing and communications content for the Foundation website and internal campaigns.
* Assist with administrative tasks, monthly reporting, and support the delivery of fundraising events.
Qualifications
* Experience presenting to and engaging large groups, both online and in person.
* Successfully managed events or campaigns from start to finish.
* Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
* Organised, detail‑focused, and able to manage multiple workloads effectively.
* Experience working with and motivating volunteers and contributing to financial targets.
