This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced executive assistant or office manager to join a purpose-led charity in a key role for the organisation. This role is fully-office based in a fantastic location, for 20 hours a week, which can be condensed into 3 days or split across the working week. This role is initially on a 2-year FTC.
Your new role
Do you thrive in a varied role where you will support Directors and the wider team? Are you detail focused, an excellentmunicator and have a proactive approach? In this role, you will be the go-to person for the organisation, providing administrative and 1-1 support on:
1. HR administration – onboarding of new staff, absence and payroll
2. Operations – working with the team to ensure health and safety documents are updated and collated, managing insurance and utility contracts
What you'll need to succeed
If you are a strong administrator who has worked and supported at senior stakeholder level, we would love to hear from you! You must be able to demonstrate excellentmunication skills, good Excel and Microsoft Office skills, attention to detail and accuracy. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for Directors and senior stakeholders, so you will be able to build great working relationships and be able to influence at all levels of the business.
