Duties

* Process patient forms and documentation efficiently.
* Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
* Keep the reception area organised and welcoming for patients.
Requirements
* Previous office experience is essential, preferably within a healthcare setting.
* Administrative experience is highly desirable, demonstrating strong organisational skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
* Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems, including scheduling software.
* Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
