Nursery Room Leader
The Nursery Room Leader is responsible for the day-to-day management of an allocated area or room within the nursery. The ideal candidate must be NVQ Level 3 qualified or equivalent. This role involves training and developing staff by imparting knowledge and skills, ensuring children are cared for in a happy, safe, and stimulating environment.
The candidate should have a sound understanding of children's developmental requirements and be able to provide a range of stimulating learning experiences to support overall development. The successful candidate will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
